As a writer, musician, performer, and mixologist, I've always pushed myself to challenge assumptions, test traditions, and stretch boundaries. Not surprisingly, I'm the same way when I cook, and my food might be different than what you expect.


Some people aren’t comfortable eating food they're not familiar with, but as my wife would say, "It's a healthy risk." I encourage you to take it. You'll be glad you did.
